It's hard when antibiotics are not available.

perhaps you can wait till the new PPI comes to market.
Japan has a new PPI, vonoprazane.
There are study that showed that vonoprazane and amoxicillin is able to deliver over 80% cure rate.

150mg BID then.

PBAF, 14 days treatment
Rabeprazole 20mg TID
Bismuth 220mg QID
Amoxicillin 1g TID
Furazolidone 150mg BID

Furazolidone could give you some side effect.

Keep us posted with your treatment.

I could finally got my hands on rifabutin as furazolidone was not available.
Amoxicillin 1g tid
Rifabutin 150 mg bid
Bismuth subcitrate 120 mg qid
Rabeprazole 20 mg tid.

I am on 8th day of the course but haven't experienced any improvements yet. I remember, I could feel slight improvement while I was on previous courses of abx.
I am thinking to stop rifabutin and amoxicillin after 10 days, and thereafter take clarithromycin and metronidazole for another 4-5 days along with bismuth( though I previously have used both clarithromycin and metronidazole).

Can it be useful in improving the chance of eradication ?
I believe 10 day course of rifabutin is sufficient. Can substituting rifabutin and amoxicillin with metronidazole and clarithromycin after 10 days cause any harm?

10 days is good enough. not sure if clarithromycin or metronidazole is going to help much. If they are already resistant to (having bullet proof), there is no use continue shooting at it.

After doing three rounds of abx I am still not free of the bug. Now though when I almost have tried every antibiotics, not much options are left for me. I was reading about the 'high dose dual therapy' and wondering is it worth a try?
Can you give me your opinion about it helico expert?

Following are the antibiotics course I have previously tried:
1) Amoxicillin+clarithromycin+ppis.
2) Amoxicillin+metronidazole+tetracycline+bismuth subcitrate+ ppis.
3) Amoxicillin+rifabutin+bismuth subcitrate+ ppis.

Is there anything I can give a try apart from hddt(furazolidone is not available in my country)?
I was thinking of doing a 14 days course of (amoxicillin 750mg qid+ esomeprazole 20mg qid). Will it do?

Indeed, apart from ciprofloxacin and furazolidone, you have tried all other antibiotics available.

you can certainly try the dual drug therapy, with the mentioned dosage.
have always been using esomeprazole? i am wondering if you are resistant to esomeprazole. Perhaps you want to try out other PPI, such as rabeprazole.
