My triple regiment and quadruple therapy - update

Gonna try not to make this short: (sorry i also update this on my previous post)
April 2018- started to feel ill.
July 2, 2018 - after many test i was diagnosed with H.Pylori
July 6-21, 2018 - Triple Regiment
Began to feel ill again, same symptoms, nausea, diarrhea, throwing up, bloated, weight loss, fatigue.
Sept. 28, 2018 Retested
Results - POSITIVE! H.Pylori was not eradicated the 1st time around
Oct. 7-22, 2018 - Quadruple Therapy
Husband and i had planned a month long backpacking trip to Asia. We weren't sure if were gonna be able to go due to me being sick but we had invested in so much $$ into it that we chose NOT to cancel and go on with our trip.
Oct. 23 - 27 I felt good, no cramps, no diarrhea, no bloating - nothing at all. I felt great!
Oct. 28, 2018 - left to Asia, China and Thailand. Dr said for me to continue the prilosec and bismuth while away.
I was very scared to eat anything at first when we arrived to China but lil by lil i just ate what i liked but was careful it wasn't spicy.
No problems at all for the entire time we were in China and Thailand UNTIL the last weekend of our trip.
I had a dam banana split from the airport (diary queen) in Phuket, Thailand (on way to Hong Kong).
OMG, the cramping, nausea, throwing up, bloating and diarrhea came back.
i went to the nearest pharmacy in Hong Kong who gave me stomach meds cause i was out of bismuth and prilosec.
They worked great.
Nov. 22, 2018 - arrived back home, feeling no symptoms at all. Started to eat what i liked, with no restrictions.
Nov. 26 - till now Nov. 30 - been sick with diarrhea everyday and mild cramping (no bloating or nausea)
I'm praying its just my stomach trying to get back to regular routine of eating American food and that it's not H. Pylori AGAIN.
I wont get tested till January.
