I think this epigastric pain is related to functional dispepsia. The pressure in the stomach increase and this makes u bleach and cause pain. Cronic gastritis also can be a reason, antibiotic "abuse" as well (it can damage the stomach wall). Other possibility is anxiety. Anxiety can cause very serious sympthoms, like abdominal musle cramps and has a huges role in weakening the immune system. What type of hepatitis u had? Btw where are you from? I'm from Hungary, most of docs are arrogant and dont care about patients.

Thanks for replying man it helps me to know that i am not alone. I am frm india.
About the hepatitis, since i never had any blood transfusion so there can only be one option and that is hepatitis A. It resolves on its own. How quickly though depends from person to person. I have also noticed that the pain it starts after i eat something and then slowly dissipates. This started when i started taking tinidazole and levofloxacin. It seems to be better than yesterday so i hope that it is just something that the antibiotics have done to me.
I would be happy if it is just dyspesia because right now i am thinking of a lot worse things. I am only 19 so i dont think it should be anything serious unless i am extremely unlucky(which i kind of am). This bug has really changed my life. Even my college has started but i cant go there as i these symptoms are making me anxious.

You are very young, I dont think you have any serious illness like cancer. Most likely the antibiotics damaged your mucos. However muscle cramps really feel like that too. So one thing you can do is "wait and hope" as the famous author A. Dumas wrote in Count of Monte Cristo. :)
I am very anxious too, my symptoms are still present. If you need support or just chat, we can on facebook. Get well!

Just a quick question. Can an ultrasound detect cancer in intestines? The pain has moved to the right side of my abdomen and so my anxiety is flaring up. I know it cant be cancer but my anxiety isnt gonna listen.

Sometimes it can. However bowel cancers have other much typical sympthoms than pain. Diarrhoea, constipation, blood in stool, weight loss etc. Pain is not the number one sympthom. Stay calm, in your age digestive cancer is ultra rare. First sympthom is usually not the pain! Anxiety can cause very scary sympthoms. I usually feel something is not okay with my heart or gonna die suddenly. I know it is hard but try to think less about your health condition. I usually have anxiety when I monitorise myself and notice every single tiny sympthoms. Dont worry, you will be okay! :)

I have starter having irregular bowel movements. Sometimes it is loose and sometimes constipated. Pretty much everything points to cancer. I hoped that it will go away on its own but i guess thats not going to happen. I guess i will just get a ct scan even though i dont want to and see of there is something wrong with me or not.

Your sympthoms suggest IBS. Trust me. I had/have the same. Anxiety is the root of your sympthoms, or may Crohn’s dis. No chance fir cancer bro. :) get a colonoscopy or CT to calm yourself but Im pretty sure you do not have malignancy.

Sorry for posting so late my internet was shut down for a long time. Most of my symptoms have gone away except for the multiple bowel movements i have in a day. Even though its just ibs it still sucks. I know it wont damage my system and is not dangerous but it is debilitating. I have tried antispasmodics but they seem to make it even worse. I am taking a diet without any trigger foods but it seems to be getting worse day by day. I now know that allopathy wont be able to help me with ibs. Plus my anxiety doesnt help either. So if you have any tips for dealing with ibs i would greatful if you could share them with me. I also have the feeling of having a bm even though it is empty. I just hope it is not ibd.

The problem may not only be in your diet or your lifestyle. The cause of frequent bowel movements is likely a bacterium. Unfortunately, many bacteria act similarly on the gastrointestinal tract, so it's worth taking tests.
My husband had terrible pain in his knee joint. We thought that the problems were in spasms. They even bought him an orthopedic bandage dunbarmedical.com.
It turned out that the problem was an infection that somehow penetrated his subcutaneous tissues. The human body is very complicated. It is wrong to conclude without passing all the tests.
