How to quit smoking?

Hello buddy,

I need your help for one of my personal issue. One of my friends is trying to quit smoking naturally. And he is looking for a better and legitimate way to do that. Because smoking causes a lot of havoc to our body which could result in ED if proper care is not taken. What is the best way would you like to suggest. Hmmm... this is not really relevant to H pylori. However, Prof Marshall shall did mention that smoking, together with H pylori, can increase risk of stomach cancer. So I will not delete this post.
