Tested negative biopsy - does this look complete?

The cure of Hp usually requires antibiotics. Other things have been tried and have a weaker effect.

Looks like they only tested Pylori on 1. is that usual?

A. DUODENUM, BIOPSY:

- DUODENAL MUCOSA WITHIN NORMAL LIMITS.
Note: The villous architecture is preserved, and there is no evidence of intraepithelial lymphocytosis. A
special stain (Alcian Blue/PAS) to identify Whipple's disease is negative, and no parasites are seen. .

B. STOMACH, ANTRUM, BIOPSY:

- ANTRAL MUCOSA WITH MILD CHEMICAL/REACTIVE GASTROPATHY.
Note: A special stain (Alcian Blue/PAS) shows no evidence of intestinal metaplasia. A separate special
stain (Giemsa) shows no evidence of Helicobacter pylori organisms. .

C. ESOPHAGUS, BIOPSY:

- SQUAMOUS MUCOSA WITHIN NORMAL LIMITS.
Note: There is no evidence of reflux or eosinophilic esophagitis. No fungus is seen on Alcian Blue/PAS

The report looks ok.

The doctor would examine more biopsies if it looks bad. So in your case, I think you are very normal.

I did have 2 small ulcers. So that worries me. Guess I need to accept the findings and move on.
