Multiple antibiotic treatment failure ,trying the natural options

The cure of Hp usually requires antibiotics. Other things have been tried and have a weaker effect.

A fantastic input and in a nutshell you have covered everything that we need to know to kill this bug and recover our health. Thank you. Remembering that we need to work on the stress level more than anything on my humble opinion.
Day one after treatment And I'm eating well without any digestive issues so far, but feeling somehow a bit fragile and suffering from bouts of anxiety ?? Really? My guess is that my precious microbiome is highly compromised, bummer! Will work on it and keep you all updated about it.
Taking up classes of meditation and yoga tomorrow to easy the stress level and getting more sleep. Also taking tons of pro and prebiotic. and starting bone broth, some gut specific drugs and herbs to heal my digestive system.
It will take me some time to call myself healed this time and to be able to truely heal from this infection but I’m positive that it can be done. Will post a list of the drugs and herbs used later.
Wishing you all lots of health.:)

Mastca gum 100mg x2 twice a day, monolauril 1000mg twice a day( before breakfast and then before bed time), Protocol for Life Balance, GI Guard AM,(By Protocol for Life Balance), DGL as many times as you need for nausea, stomach pains or bloat, Broccoli sprouts (homegrown) all 3 months.
Purple cabbage juice with one raw potato12-16 ounces for all 3 months. Split it up throughout the day. Backed off to about 8 ounces the last couple weeks. Back on it now trying to heal my stomach lining combined with fennel and ginger, fennel is also very good for constipation Drink lots of green tea and at least 2 litres of water per day. Digestive enzimes before every meal.
Gutpro probiotics with breakfast and dinner. Magnesium before bed, selenium (proven to protec agains stomach cancers) in the morning before breakfast.
Now Foods, Saccharomyces Boulardii the last 2 weeks 1-3 cap / day. ,melatonin 10mg before bed( for gerds),
1 tsp coconut oil with breakfast and sometimes dinner. I sprinkle 10 cc of white vinegar on my salads as there are reserches on it against pillory, Gastrointestinal Support twice a day.
Quercetin with bromelain 1 gram with breakfast, 1000mg ,Doctor's Best, PepZin GI, Zinc-L-Carnosine,4 x 10g of vitC powder per day((40.000 mg per day or until tolerance level),D3,B12,codliver oil 1 teaspoon, California Gold Nutrition, Silymarin Complex, Liver Health, Milk Thistle, Curcumin, Artichoke, Dandelion, Ginger, Black Pepper, 300 mg,antaxantin 1000mg,kelp or cranberry once a day, magnesium before bed time.

I’m also a vegetarian and ate plenty of carbs and veggies during this protocol but less fruit, except for berries,a banna and apples My focus was to nourish my body with a mostly plant based diet and this did include some gluten free grains (soaked) such as oats and rice and plenty of low sugar fruit. The only added sugar I consumed was coconut sugar and Manuka honey. No red meat for at least 3 months!

Is my digestion perfect? No! I still need a lot of support and have more healing to do. If you do not have any blood cancers or glandular cancers,L- glutamine are amazing to heal your gut. I also take a scoop of collagen with my breakfast of porridge.

Remember that healing requires all layers to be addressed physical, emotional and spiritual Learning to control your stress is a must!
It is a lot to take but you will see so much improvements...at least I d when I’m on it. Start slowly, with mastica, monolauril,DGL probiotics and vitC And the juicing then get the rest as you go.

I pray for your complete healing and may you continue to see the light at the end of this difficult journey.

Dont worry healing will accure by itself as you microbiome finds a new balance , for the supplements you are taking they are to much , i agree with s boulardii (it protect your microbiota than leaves your system )wich shoud have been taken with thevtherapy , the other probiotics , no proof they work and may even delay your unique microbiota reconstrution , your own gut finger print just like DNA, everyone is different , for your sleep and anxiety attacks induced by treatement usually it subsides in 6 months , with good diet and exercise it is another side effect of the heavy combination of ppis and antibiotics , eventually your body will heal itself ,be safe

Good news, no more anxiety attacks and muscle pains! Maybe they were part of my allergic response to the antibiotic? I can, almost eat anything ,tried small portions of food that irritated my gut before the treatment and can say that I’m pleasantly surprised. Except for gluten, very spicy food, too many nuts in one go, some dairy products and sugars, I can eat almost anything! No more symptoms, except that now I’ve become a bit constipated? Will eat more cooked greens and less rice to see the outcome. But have been told that until stomach’s digestion recovers its normal motility this would be a fact. Drinking fennel tea now to see and up my magnesium citrate intake also.My appetite returned so did my energy. Making sure my last meal for the day is at least 5 hours before bed time to avoid GERDS at night because I have a hiatus hernia, but as from now the acidity seems to be gone.
Yes,I do take lots of supplements, but I’m not facing a simple recovery from a simple bacterial infection here, this the atomic bomb equivalent of it. I have to take drastic measures to aid my gut’s recovery ,reconstruction and protection . And the aim is to get it back to function smoothly as my vital organs depend on my gut’s perfect performance to get proper nourishments. On top of that I do also have to rebuild and fortify my immune system to avoid another resurgence . Along with dietaries and lifestyle changes the supplements hold the key to my total recovery hence bouncing back so fast by taking them .Without having any of the supplements mentioned in here, I believe that I would be still complaining of many symptoms created by the devastation left behind by hp and would take much longer to feel any relief from the treatment. Yes,I took S boulardii with the treatment and also L reuteri plus DGL, I can say that DGL is a star supplement to protect my gut in time of distress.
Cant wait to retest in 4 weeks!
PS: not taking any PPi or H2receptors ,except that at night do I use aciplex( a mild ,over the counter, acid blocker) to avoid acid reboundIng because of My hiatus hernia.
