What are the symptoms of hypochlorhydria?

I hear they are very similar to having too much acid.

I have no idea whether to take Nexium (PPI) for the next couple of months to see if my stomach gets better or to take a HCL pill in order to increase stomach acid.

My symptoms after erradicating H. Pylori are:
Belching about 2-5 minutes after meals.
Very early satiety. After 5 mouthfuls I get a near gag-reflex if I try to swallow more food (unless its in extremely small mouthfuls), which makes eating extremely difficult.
I can feel my stomach. A cm or two below my breastbone I just feel something. It's not painful, it's just a feeling. Similar to having that sensation after you burn yourself, it's not pain, you can just feel the area constantly.
I also wake up around 2-4am with such a dry mouth that I have to drink something it is that bad

My diagnosis from the endoscopy was mild inflammation in the duodenum. That is all. No polyps or anything. Biopsy was taken but nothing really came from it.

So what do I make of this? how long could it possibly take to heal inflammation? And does inflammation in the duodenum REALLY cause early satiety by preventing your stomach from expanding?

i wonder what causes the inflammation. Have you been taking NSAIDs (eg. aspirin, ibuprofen, etc)?

No. No drinking no smoking no nsaids no spicy food, diet is good. Eating lots of cabbage, beetroot and bananas, aloe Vera etc. So I have no idea what to do. Still strugling to eat.

I forgot to mention, if I take my PPI during the morning I will wake up around 2-4am with an incredibly dry mouth and tongue, almost like I'm extremely dehydrated.
However when I take 40mg of nexium (PPI) at night I don't wake up with a dry mouth.

Does hypochlorhydria cause this? It's extremely odd, I can't find ANYTHING on the internet regarding this..
