I assume your question is also Helicobacter pylori related.

It's common for patients to gain weight after eradication of H. pylori. Because as H. pylori is gone, the stomach is healthier and patients appetite is usually improved.

For weight loss try supplementing with spirulina.. It always works for me.. In regards to building muscles you'll need protein rich foods & some strength excercise..

Yes, by having a healthy stomach, you are allowed to eat everything. Just be aware of how much, not to gain weight. In my case, I had to face my anxiety before losing weight. I have no Helicobacter bacteria, but I was depressed due to a divorce. So I suffered a lot from this loss, but I knew that we do not anything more in common. So the depression and stress was the main problem why I couldn't lose weight. I needed the help of some specialist as https://fherehab.com/learning/weight-gain-stress
For one year, they worked with me to improve my mental health firstly and feel more confident in who I'm. As a result, I lost over 10 lbs, and I started to love myself more. I'm still divorced, but I truly believe that soon I will find my partner.

I think that after a lot of weight loss you should talk to your doctor before you start exercising.
