There is no guideline on diet after H. pylori treatment.

You may try some probiotics.

Hi,
After reading this website and the study, I understood that the reason some patients have sleep-maintenance insomnia in the middle of the night is that H. Pylori elevates their stress hormones (adrenaline and cortisol) by causing inflammation in your digestive system (can also produce toxins in their digestive system)
Am I wrong or right?
Thanks for your answer.

Please read: In their digestive system instead of in your digestive system

Hi Denmoe,
I have also Insomnia waking up in the middle of the night but I think that H. Pylori has something with my insomnia. I tried everything about my insomnia but in vain. When I made research I found the study and the website that I posted on the forum. I tried the triple therapy about H. Pylori but it doesn't work. I'm now on the four therapy (tetracycline, metronidazole, pantoprazole, and bismuth).
Thanks

I can imagine how challenging it must be to deal with insomnia, especially when it's connected to other health concerns like H. Pylori. It sounds like you've been through a lot trying to find relief, and it's frustrating when traditional treatments don't seem to work as expected.
Exploring alternative options might be worth considering, especially if you're still struggling to get a good night's sleep. You can buy zolpidem online. Buying zolpidem online could offer you a convenient and accessible way to manage your insomnia symptoms.
