How to manage the pain?

The various unpleasant manifestations of Helicobacter can be described here. Remember however that the great majority of persons with Hp have no symptoms that they are aware of and consider themselves normal.

How to manage the pain?

Post by Bishoujo618 »

I'm currently using a heating blanket on the abdominal region to help manage pain. I have also taken tylenol, which has not helped at all. what do you do to manage the pain? It keeps me up at night. I feel awful and depressed.

I take my stool sample next week, and hopefully can start on antibiotics asap. I am very sure I have h pylori.

My symptoms were horrible. What helped me was eating no more take out, completely cutting out white bread and soda juices- limiting pasta. I don’t smoke or drink alchohol. I don’t think I was instantly better but I did get better over time

What I did was not eat anything for a whole day and realise when I can’t eat because I’m busy I have no symptoms, so I changed that to eating little and healthy.

My beverage of choice is milky coffee, I honestly don’t know if this did anything but since I started drinking a lot of milky coffee I’ve been symptom free of very bad stomach pains ( I’ve just had other neuro stuff going on )

if you haven’t already tried a new diet
