I agree with the idea that you should start by testing H.pylori again using a breath test for example (quick and reliable). Should focus your time and choose a right solution soon. Good luck to you!

H. pylori doesnt spread like virus. It's a chronic infection and will take years for symptom to show up. Also, H. pylori in the stomach is well hidden and not easily be killed by sparkling water.
